Job Description
Your duties will include:
- Accurately assess claims and entering information on to the system
- Liaising with treating professionals and doctors as well as employers and claimants
- Designing return to work plans in conjunction with employers to ensure that return to work is obtained in a sustainable manner
- Preparing accurate documentation, letters and reports in relation to claims
- Managing own case load from lodgement to completion of claim
- Clinical experience in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation
- You will have a high care approach and enjoy providing the highest level of customer service
- Looking to use your business acumen within a corporate environment
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
