Job Description
The Role:
- Manage the data analytics process; design, implementation and delivery
- Work collaboratively with key business units in order to effectively analyse data in line with their requirements
- Identify key trends in the data and report back to the business accordingly
- Present findings to the wider business
- Demonstrated experience in working in a Workers Compensation or Insurance setting
- Demonstrated experience of reporting on key service and business metrics in previous roles
