Job Description

We are looking for a strong administrator to join this leading Insurance Brokerage in Melbourne CBD.   Having a background in Insurance will be helpful, although not necessary as long as you are an efficient learner and have prior corporate administration experience.

  • Entry level role into a long-term career in Insurance Broking 
  • Support to complete Broking qualifications
  • Work for a leading national organisation
You’ll be:
  • Loading quote submissions;
  • Processing closings for new business;
  • Managing client accounts ensuring that premiums are paid on time
  • Collecting overdue debt
  • Ensuring the correct documentation is issued.
You’ll have:
  • Prior administration experience 
  • Strong excel and computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Foundation of knowledge in general insurance 
  • A great attitude and willing to hit the ground running
