Our client, is a leading insurance broking and risk management company, provides broking solutions to a wide range of clients from small to medium enterprises through to large multi-national corporations. With more than 30 locations across Australia, they are well placed to provide the best service for their customers.
They are looking for an Assistant Account Executive to handle general inquiries over the phone and via e-mail.
Your main duties and responsibilities in the role would be to:
• Handle inbound calls and provide information
• Provide correspondence via e-mail
• Completing administration tasks including updating information and policies for a team of brokers
• Assisting brokers in promoting new products
In order to be successful in this role you must have:
• Strong customer service skills
• Previous experience in a high volume, phone based role
• Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
• Strong administration skills
