Our client is a highly successful and well respected Insurance Broker. They provide tailored solutions to a wide variety of clients and maintain a loyal client base due to their excellent service and variety of products.
At present they are seeking an Assistant Account Executive / Processor to join their team of highly motivated and enthusiastic Brokers.
The main responsibilities for these roles will include -
• Administrative support to brokers, including new business, renewals and endorsements
• Liaising with clients and underwriters over the phone and in writing building and maintaining new and existing relationships
• Processing claims, when required
• Providing both internal and external clients with an exceptional customer experience
We are looking for an experienced Broker Assistant or Assistant Account Executive with strong business acumen and a team focused attitude. Being Tier 1 or 2 qualified would be a distinct advantage! Or you may come from a Insurance Sales or Admin background and be looking for a significant career step change.
You will need to have strong verbal and written communication skills, be highly organised and have a strong desire to develop and succeed in your broking career.
