Job Description
The role:
- Manage an existing portfolio of mid-market commercial clients
- Identify new cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- Respond to new sales-leads and convert the opportunity
- Generate own new client leads
- Attend regular client visits to nurture and develop relationships
- Networking at industry events
- Minimum 5 years commercial Broking experience
- Technically competent across all general insurance products
- Highly effective communicator and negotiator
- Tier 1 qualified (essential), Diploma preferred
- Strong track record of new and organic account growth
- Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
