Job Description
The Business Analyst will be tasked with one or more events to remediate end-to-end, this includes:
- Analysis and containment of the issue
- Data Analysis will occupy the first 2-3 months using Excel or SQL
- Remediating customers and making the necessary communication regarding the error
- Implementing changes to processes to ensure the error does not reoccur
- Strong analytical ability
- Strong focus on documentation
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills – facilitating, influencing and ideally experience with c-level
- Self-directed, independent and able to manage a workload across a number of activities
- Experience as a Business Analyst within Remediation or at the least a strong Wealth Management background
