Job Description

This a development opportunity to take on a small portfolio and grow and develop it year on year. We are hoping to speak to client facing brokers who back their ability on board new business as well as service existing clients. In return you will be rewarded with a fantastic commission structure and full internal support from sales, marketing and service staff.  

The role:
  • Service and growth of an existing portfolio of Commercial clients
  • Negotiating new and renewal premiums
  • Preparing professional reports and presentations
  • Regularly attend client visits to maximise up-sell/x-sell opportunities and generate referrals
  • Attend industry networking events and maintain strong insurer relationships
  • Claims and debtor management
 About you:
  • Tier 1 Qualified Insurance Broker
  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a client facing role
  • Strong technical product knowledge across commercial insurances
  • Effective communication skills to foster and develop internal and external relationships
  • Advanced negotiation and influencing skills
  • Market leading remuneration package
