What your day will involve:
  • Reviewing daily statistics, ensuring KPI's are on track
  • Working with individual team members, coaching in areas they require support
  • Compiling work rota for the team
  • Working with senior managers to discuss strategy and ongoing development of processes
  • Ensure continuous improvement in all areas and that quality standards are maintained
