What your day will involve:
- Reviewing daily statistics, ensuring KPI's are on track
- Working with individual team members, coaching in areas they require support
- Compiling work rota for the team
- Working with senior managers to discuss strategy and ongoing development of processes
- Ensure continuous improvement in all areas and that quality standards are maintained
