Job Description

Manage a portfolio of front-end workers compensation claims in line with the Victorian workers compensation legislation, focusing on sustainable return to work outcomes.

The Role: 
  • Managing a reasonably sized portfolio of front end claims
  • Accurately determine liability on new claims
  • Reviewing medical reports and supporting documentation 
  • Liaising with claimants, treating professionals and key stakeholders
  • Developing effective injury management plans 
  • Providing exceptional service to all stakeholders
  • Thinking outside the box to promote sustainable return to work
What You need:
  • Sound understanding of the Victorian legislation 
  • Demonstrated experience in handling a portfolio of front - end workers compensation claims 
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Excellent time management skills
