Case Manager - Death Claims
One of our clients is looking for a passionate and dedicated claims professional to take on a death claims only portfolio.
For you;
- Opportunity to work directly for the insurer
- Demonstrated career progression
- $65K base + Super + an array of benefits
- Manage a portfolio of death claims in retail life insurance
- Review and assess all documentation
- Accepting claims within your authority limits
- Assisting with denied reviews and recommendations
- Demonstrated experience in life insurance claims or customer service with a strong understanding of products
- Previous experience processing or assessing death claims for life insurance will be highly regarded
- Ability to show empathy
