Case Manager - Life Insurance (Group)

About the role:

  • Run a portfolio of claims
  • Collect and assess a variety of documents
  • Policy wording, interpretation and application
  • Liaise with the claimant, internal and external stakeholders
  • Implement your own strategies on the claims
Requirements:
  • Experience in managing personal injury claims (Life Insurance, Workers Compensation or CTP)
  • Allied health or Legal backgrounds would be desirable
  • Strong negotiation skills
