Use your workers compensation experience within a Broker environment and offer an outstanding service to your clients
The Role:
- Join a small team and take ownership of claims.
- Working closely with a wide variety of clients
- Being the point of contact for employers, providing regular updates regarding injured workers
- Ensuring effective return to work plans are in place and monitoring carefully
- Providing a consultative and supportive service, managing clients'expectations in a postive manner
- Working with stakeholders on RTW strategy for the injured worker
About You:
- Having worked within a workers compensation case management role for over 2 years, you will be looking to work in a service driven environment
- Great understanding of workers compensation legislation, predominantly NSW, other jurisdictions considered
- Looking to be part of a hard working, fun team environment where you will be supported by other team members as well as your Manager
- Thrive on providing the highest level of service and ensuring you cover all areas of a claims, progressing with all parties to ensure a positive outcome is achieved.
