Roles are available in Sydney case management experience is essential, (community based or withing workers compensation) working with clients recovering from psychological issues.

Your duties will include:

  • Accurately assess claims and entering information on to system
  • Responsible for a portfolio of mental health, bullying and harassment, secondary psychological claims
  • Liaising with treating professionals and doctors as well as employers and claimants
  • Designing return to work plans in conjunction with employers to ensure that return to work is obtained in a sustainable manner
  • Working with internal Injury Management and Technical Specialists to discuss claims and agree the way forward
  • Preparing accurate documentation, letters and reports in relation to claims
  • Managing own case load from lodgement to completion of claim
