- Plan strategies around Return To Work goals and implement them
- Processing wage payments and medical costs
- At least 2 years of experience with Workers Compensations as a Case Manager
- Clear communications skills
- Ability to empathise, with outstanding customer service
- Strong knowledge of NSW legislation
