Job Description

Join a market leader, be part of their Workers Compensation team.  You will be covering for maternity leave on an 11 month contract.
Key Duties: 
  • Manage an allocated claims portfolio (50 - 55 cases)
  • Working within legislative guides and reduce outstanding liabilities 
  • Liaising closely with; Dr's, rehab providers and injured worker
  • Identify high risk claims and escalate to senior management
  • Build strong relationships with all stakeholders
  • Providing outstanding customer service at all times
  • Reviewing case files and ensuring regular update calls are maintained 
Your Experience
  • Previously worked in a Workers Compensation Claims Officer role
  • Full understanding of legislation
  • Dealing with all medical advisors to discuss individual cases and ensure correct RTW strategy is implemented
  • Maintain call cycles in line with legislation and injured workers needs

You will be immediately available to commence this contract role. Interviews will be taking place immediately for suitably skilled candidates.
