Claims Admin to Case Management (x 2)

Two great Case Management opportunities have arisen with a Life Insurance Leader.

You will:

  • Be focused an empathetic and customer focused individual
  • Be great on the phone
  • Able to liaise and communicate articulately to all stakeholders, especially the claimant
  • Be familiar with administrative duties
You will have:
  • At least 12 months experience in any insurance or personal injury
  • A passion for working with people during tough times in their lives
  • Basic knowledge of medical terms/concept and ability to interpret and apply them
  • Great communication skills
