Claims Assessor
Our client is a reputable Life Insurer looking for new talent who are passionate about moving into claims management.

THE ROLE:
- Manage your own portfolio of Income Protection, TPD and Terminal Illness
- Determining liability
- Creating and implementing strategies to progress claims forward
- Liaise with all stakeholders such as doctors, employers, specialist, rehab providers, solicitors, etc
- Financial calculations and payment processing
- High level of customer service - empathy is key
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Allied Health such as Nursing, OT, Psychology experience (clinical or rehabilitation)
- Legal backgrounds such as paralegal or solicitor experience in personal injury
- Workers Compensation or CTP experience
- Empathy is valuable
- Strong communication skills
