- End-to-end management of Retail Income Protection claims
- Liaising with claimants, doctors, specialists, advisors, rehab providers, lawyers, etc
- Implementing strategic treatment plans to progress claims to a positive outcome for the claimant
- Building strong relationships with claimant to ensure they understand the claims process and your role
- Life Insurance experience in Income Protection at least 12 months experience (either Group or Retail)
- Empathetic nature with a willingness to help and support claimants
- Proven team player
