- Managing a portfolio of Retail Income Protection claims
- Reviewing and analysing a range of documentation
- Developing strategic return to work rehab plans and implementing them
- Negotiations with various stakeholders
- Making recommendations and decisions on claims
- At least 12 months Income Protection claims assessment or Workers Compensation claims assessment experience
- Allied health qualifications will be highly regarded
- Strong negotiation skills and stakeholder engagement
- Great analytical skills with an eye for detail
- Positive attitude with a desire to help people
