Our client is an award winning organisation with a strong reputation for investing in their staff and career progression.  

With more investment going into the claims team, our client has created a brand new claims assessor role to support the claims function. 

For you:
  • Excellent salary starting from $85K base + super + bonus
  • Opportunity to move away from big portfolios to a reasonable portfolio size where you can holistically manage the claims

You will:
  • Manage a specialist portfolio claims in Retail claims
  • Review and assess all documentation including medical information
  • Implement strategies to get the best outcomes for the claimant
  • Assisting with denied reviews and recommendations
All we need from you is:
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar position involving life, lump sum, trauma and income protection claims
  • Experience from a law firm where you have specialised in personal injury, ideally working with life insurance, workers compensation or CTP companies
  • Ability to build rapport and empathy with customers during difficult times
