Your responsibilities:
  • Manage an end-to-end portfolio of a mixed product portfolio
  • Provide empathetic customer service to all claimants
  • Liaise with medical and legal professionals
  • Analyse and interpret documentation to assess the claim
  • Implement strategies to continually progress the claimant to recovery
Requirements:
  • At least 12 months of experience within Group Life Insurance (ideally dealing with corporate and mastertrust funds)
  • Customer-centric focus
  • Allied health or legal qualifications would be beneficial
