Claims Assessor - Life Insurance - Group

For you:

The Role:
  • Managing an end to end portfolio of Income Protection or TPD claims
  • Determining eligibility and liability on claims 
  • Building rapport with the claimant
  • Liaising with stakeholders including treating health practitioners 
  • On-going maintenance of claims
What we need from you:
  • Experience Life Insurance Claims Assessor or Workers Compensation Case Manager
  • Allied Health/Legal qualification will be highly regarded
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology
  • Strong technical skills around policy wording, interpretation and application
