The Role:
- Managing an end to end portfolio of mixed product
- Determining eligibility and liability on claims
- Building rapport with the claimant
- Liaising with stakeholders including treating health practitioners
- On-going maintenance of claims
What we need from you:
- Experience Life Insurance Claims Assessor or Workers Compensation Case Manager
- Allied Health/Legal qualification will be highly regarded
- Strong understanding of medical terminology
- Strong technical skills around policy wording, interpretation and application
