Claims Assessor (lump sum) - Life Insurance

With more investment going into the claims team, our client has created a brand new claims assessor role to support the claims function.

All we need from you is:
- Manage a specialist portfolio claims in Retail claims
- Review and assess all documentation including medical information
- Implement strategies to get the best outcomes for the claimant
- Assisting with denied reviews and recommendations
- Demonstrated experience in a similar position involving life, lump sum, trauma and income protection claims
- Experience from a law firm where you have specialised in personal injury, ideally working with life insurance, workers compensation or CTP companies
- Ability to build rapport and empathy with customers during difficult times
