- Assess and manage a portfolio of TPD claims
- Review medical and financial reports to determine eligibility to claim
- Develop claims strategies to progress the claim forward
- Negotiate suitable outcomes for the claims with claimants and legal representatives.
- TPD experience within Life Insurance, at least 12 months is preferable, or legal background within TPD
- Bachelors degree or higher in Law or Legal studies
- Background in or understanding of legal procedures and processes for insurance claims
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and negotiations
