Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing claims assessed by the insurer
- Making decisions on claims
- Monthly reporting
- Liaising with key stakeholders
- Managing complaints/escalations appropriately
- Providing an exceptional service to the member at all times
- Experience in managing a portfolio of IP, TPD, TI and Death claims.
- Ability to make decisions on complex claims
- Ability to oversee the insurer and provide feedback where appropriate
- Ability to prioritise your work load and manage your time effectively
- Ability to work in a close knit team
- Customer centrist attitude
- Ability to manage complaints and escalations appropriately
- Close knit team environment
