- Gathering information in order to assess the claim
- Interpreting policy wording and assessing eligibility
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders
- Strategic management of claims to ensure a return to health
- Life Insurance claims assessment experience
- Excellent ability to engage all stakeholders
- Sound understanding of injuries, illnesses and related treatments
- Allied health and legal background would be highly regarded (in addition to claims assessment experience)
