Responsibilities:
  • Managing a mixed portfolio of claims
  • Gathering information in order to assess the claim 
  • Interpreting policy wording and assessing eligibility
  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strategic management of claims to ensure a return to health
Requirements: 
  • Life Insurance claims assessment experience
  • Excellent ability to engage all stakeholders 
  • Sound understanding of injuries, illnesses and related treatments
  • Allied health and legal background would be highly regarded (in addition to claims assessment experience)
