- Managing a portfolio of IP/TPD/mixed portfolio of claims
- Gathering and interpreting reports and documents
- Interpreting the policy and determining eligibility
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders
- Implementing strategies to progress claimants to a return to health
- At least 12 months of Life Insurance experience
- Sound understanding of injuries, illnesses and related treatments
- Allied health and legal background would be highly regarded (in addition to claims assessment experience)
