Responsibilities:
  • Managing a portfolio of IP/TPD/mixed portfolio of claims
  • Gathering and interpreting reports and documents
  • Interpreting the policy and determining eligibility 
  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders
  • Implementing strategies to progress claimants to a return to health
Requirements: 
  • At least 12 months of Life Insurance experience
  • Sound understanding of injuries, illnesses and related treatments
  • Allied health and legal background would be highly regarded (in addition to claims assessment experience)
