- Interacting with a number of stakeholders, including Brokers and claimants
- Undertaking factual investigation of the claim, checking all information is in line with policy
- Ensuring smooth management of all claims, progressing efficiently and providing the highest level of service.
- Contacting experts, when required, to make further investigations into the claim
- Updating all parties continuously throughout the process
What you will bring:
- A passion for dealing with Travel claims, personal or corporate
- Strong customer management skills and of course, outstanding communication
- An eye for detail, thorough checking all information
- The ability to deal with disputes and communicate outcomes confidently.
