Managing a portfolio of claims within NSW/QLD
Working closely with all stakeholders, ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided
Working within relevant legislation and guidelines
Undertaking case conferences and moving claims in a positive direction
Negotiating return to work strategies
ABOUT YOU:
Experience within workers compensation, either within NSW or QLD legislation
Great communication and customer service
Confident negotiator, working to ensure claims are effectively managed and the injured worker is supported
