With year on year growth, our client has created a new role for a Claims Manager to take responsibility for the Sydney Claims Function.

You will; - Lead the daily claims operations for the Sydney based claims teams
- Provide overall governance and management of the team across areas such as compliance and efficiency
- Develop and mentor the claims teams
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators for the claims function
- Escalation management, performance management and reporting
Your background will include;
- Demonstrated experience in personal lines insurance claims team management
- Sound knowledge of drivers affecting insurance claims and KPI setting
- A thorough understanding of the General Insurance Code of Practice.
- Degree level qualification in business or equivalent
- A true passion for self-development and innovation
