• Lead the daily claims operations for the Sydney based claims teams
• Provide overall governance and management of the team across areas such as compliance and efficiency
• Develop and mentor the claims teams
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators for the claims function
• Escalation management, performance management and reporting

• Demonstrated experience in personal lines insurance claims team management
• Sound knowledge of drivers affecting insurance claims and KPI setting
• A thorough understanding of the General Insurance Code of Practice.
• Degree level qualification in business or equivalent
