Workers Compensation Case Managers - Industrial Deafness

Roles are available in Sydney

Your duties will include:

  • Accurately assess claims relating to industrial deafness
  • Liaising with treating professionals and doctors as well as employers and claimants
  • Designing return to work plans in conjunction with employers to ensure that return to work is obtained in a sustainable manner
  • Working with internal Injury Management and Technical Specialists to discuss claims and agree the way forward
  • Preparing accurate documentation, letters and reports in relation to claims
  • Managing own case load from lodgement to completion of claim
