Job Description

My client is a highly successful and very well established boutique financial planning firm based in Sydney CBD. Who are looking for Client Services Officers/Administrators to permanently join their team.

Responsibilities - 

  • Data entry and processing of documentation for financial advisors
  • Supporting the financial planning team when required
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
  • Telephone duties
  • Send out monthly client service reports
  • Monitor and manager review SOA MDA letters
  • Organising and attending meetings
  • Managing diaries
  • Daily banking as and when required
  • Liaise with other Vendors, and build relationships with alliances and contractors
  • Screen and distribute/action incoming correspondence from Senior Advisors
You will need - 
  • Strong administration skills is essential - having previously working in the superannuation, insurance or financial planning sector
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Organised and able to manage your own time so all duties are completed efficiently and in a timely manner
