Job Description
Duties include:
- Manage client service and administrative functions
- Liaise with clients and implement Advisers directions efficiently and accurately
- All areas of general office, administration and implementation support
- Ensure client files are complete and compliant with legislation and licensee standards
- Provide Keynote presentations daily for the advisers
- Provide consultation and support in the preparation of Statement of Advice and Record of Advice documents
Skills & experience:
- Detailed understanding of superannuation and investments
- Previous experience (2 years) in client services / assistant financial planning role within a financial planning environment
- Xplan experience is essential
- RG146 compliant
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Interest in progressing a career in financial services
