  • Greeting clients - first point of contact
  • Processing all information relating to insurance policies and accurately input onto system
  • Maintain all files, ensuring all relevant client and policy information is to hand
  • Working effectively in a team based environment
  • Responsible for looking after paper based files
  • Sending out renewal letters to clients
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Experience in an administration role, preferably within Insurance/Financial Services
  • Customer service experience a must 
  • Demonstrated high level of attention to detail
  • Proven Volume Administration experience
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Used to supporting team members to ensure all admin is run efficiently
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Great communication,with a happy and helpful attitude
