Job Description
This is a senior level opportunity to focus on contract performance and continuous improvement within workers compensation.
About the role:
- In this role you will be responsible for providing analysis of current reporting and discussing the information from this
- Managing a small team of Analysts, within a RTW environment
- Responsible for ensuring business objectives of contract met, through portfolio analysis and reporting
- Working with Senior Leaders within the team, managing key risk and identifying corrective action, reducing financial, reputational and operational risk
- Lead performance improvement projects which increase efficiency and improve customer outcomes
- Managing and ensuring contract compliance, as well as project, contract deliverables and business risk
Your experience:
- You will have strong data interpretation skills in order to add insight to the results obtained
- Outstanding communication skills are necessary in order to share and discuss outcomes with Senior Management
- Team management experience within a workers compensation environment
- Previous experience of contract management, focussing on performance and continuous improvement
- Solid experience in procurement/contract managment
- Current experience in vendor management strategies
