Job Description

What you will enjoy about this role:
  • Having responsibility to ensure all complaints are handled effectively
  • Working with the IDR team, reviewing claims decisions and working on complex claims disputes
  • Having responsibility for drafting submissions within GICOP timeframes to AFCA and IFSO
  • Using your strong communication skills and knowledge to work with all stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Collaborating with the Claims team, identifying trends and providing training solutions
What you will bring:
  • A good understanding of EDR/IDR process as well as GICOP and regulatory requirements
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement
  • Experience within an EDR/IDR role, OR senior level travel claims experience, with exposure to handling disputes
