Job Description

Working with the client, internal resources and Advisers the retention consultants primary focus is to ensure the customer retains a valued relationship with the life Insurer.

Your responsibilities will include:
Engaging customers directly
Assisting customers with payment plans within compliance guidelines as required
Utilising save offers & rapport building skills to retain customers

To be successful in this role you will have
Exceptional customer service skills
The ability to solve problems
Superior organisational and time management skills.
Experience within a Contact / Call Centre environment (inbound or outbound), Customer Service industry, or collections experience is essential as is a professional & clear telephone manner.
