Job Description

We have partnered with an exciting financial services company who are currently looking for a new permanent team member. The successful applicant will work as part of a team who provide an expert service to clients.  Full training will be provided, just bring your excellent communication, presentation and customer centric focus to be successful in this interesting opportunity.

About the role;

  • Handle inbound calls with empathy
  • Actioning emails and correspondence related to maintenance of customers policies.
  • Maintain communication with client throughout the process
  • Claims Support Service including invoice management, appointment schedule, file printing 
The experience you will bring;
  • 2 years experience in a medical Administration/Call Centre/Reception/Customer Service role would be extremely beneficial, however more important is a customer centric focus. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Ensure a level of service that exceeds customer expectations
  • Highly presented, with a professional manner
