About the role;
- Handle inbound calls with empathy
- Actioning emails and correspondence related to maintenance of customers policies.
- Maintain communication with client throughout the process
- Claims Support Service including invoice management, appointment schedule, file printing
- 2 years experience in a medical Administration/Call Centre/Reception/Customer Service role would be extremely beneficial, however more important is a customer centric focus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Ensure a level of service that exceeds customer expectations
- Highly presented, with a professional manner
