Job Description

The Role:
  • Ensuring workflow is managed efficiently and with the highest level of customer service in a face to face environment
  • Optimising the service offered by the client and identifying improvements in systems
  • Upskilling teams to provide the most effective way to manage customer needs, both face to face and via phone
  • Checking systems and identifying gaps and delays to customers and reporting back to the business
  • Training, coaching and mentoring teams to have a customer first mind set
  • Listening to calls to customers and identifying areas for improvement, providing support and feedback to the team.
  • Creating a proactive, can do culture and mindset across the teams
  • Improving relationships with all stakeholders across the state, ensuring timely delivery.

Your Experience:
  • You will have strong customer service (customer facing), training, coaching skills, with the ability to interact with team members, review processes and implement improvements.
  • Great interpersonal skills, with a drive to elevate the customer experience and overall results
  • Used to multi tasking, with strong administration skills
  • A strong team manager, able to get people on side and work in a positive and enthusiastic way, while introducing a change in culture to current work practices.


About You:
  • With a strong customer service focus, driven by improving relationships
  • Ideally experience in a customer facing environment, Financial Services/Insurance ideal.
  • You will have experience in coaching and training as well as ability to look at workflow and identify necessary improvements
  • Ability to drive a team to service excellence 
  • Strong influencer, not only in your team, but in the wider business
  • Happy to travel to 3 branches in South/Southwest Sydney on a weekly basis
