THE ROLE:
- Dealing with customers directly regarding damaged vehicles
- Discussing the motor claim process and ensuring all relevant paperwork is obtained
- Checking and sending out invoices
- Undertaking adhoc administration duties
- Answering calls in a professional manner
- Updating customers at all stages of the repair
- Working in a small cohesive team with like minded team spirited colleagues
YOUR EXPERIENCE:
- Bring your customer service experience, either phone or face to face and enjoy delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Exposure to motor claims, would be highly regarded
- Used to undertaking administrative duties
- Updating your customers will come second nature
