Customer Service Roles - Western Suburbs and South Sydney

THE ROLE:
 
  • Dealing with customers directly regarding damaged vehicles
  • Discussing the motor claim process and ensuring all relevant paperwork is obtained
  • Checking and sending out invoices
  • Undertaking adhoc administration duties
  • Answering calls in a professional manner
  • Updating customers at all stages of the repair
  • Working in a small cohesive team with like minded team spirited colleagues
 
YOUR EXPERIENCE:
  • Bring your customer service experience, either phone or face to face and enjoy delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Exposure to motor claims, would be highly regarded
  • Used to undertaking administrative duties
  • Updating your customers will come second nature
