The Role:
  • Leading a multi-site operation, managing front line customer service staff.
  • Work with team members to ensure engagement and capability
  • Liaising closely with the technical team and Managers to ensure efficient provision of skilled resources
  • Develop resource planning protocols, ensuring 3 sites are appropriately linked to customer needs
  • Managing customer complaints and implement improvement plans with senior management
  • Ensuring performance issues are quickly addressed and ensure correct coaching is put in to place

About You:
  • With around 5 years experience in a leadership role, where you have mentored staff, preferably in a customer facing role
  • Experience of resource planning
  • Exceptional customer service insight 
  • Strong coaching skills 
  • Ability to provide honest open, constructive feedback to team members
  • Enjoy working across multiple teams to obtain cohesive approach and outstanding customer service experience
  • Drivers licence, you will work across 3 sites, based South, Southwest Sydney
