ABOUT THE ROLE
The role of Associate will see you assist the Business Development team, your focus will be on maintaining and developing new and existing client relationships, as well as providing implementation and administrative support to the team. You must have the ability to work autonomously, have excellent diary management Skills and a genuine desire to build a career within the Insurance industry.
You will be processing all new business generated by the business development team, acting as the gateway between the firm and the clients meaning your initiative, high-level customer-service skills and positive attitude must be on-point at all times.
ABOUT YOU
Ideally you'll currently be within an Associate or Officer level role assisting a team within the Insurance arena and have a strong grasp of the industry and exposure to a variety of platforms. You'll ideally be RG146 qualified and enjoy admin, client services and support duties equally.
