The Role:

  • Making outbound calls to existing customers, advising of other products and services
  • Working to team targets, highly motivated environment
  • Ensuring all information is recorded accurately
  • Complying to policies and procedures
  • Working in a timely manner to Service Level Agreements

About Your Experience And Skills:
  • Previous experience in an in/outbound call centre, or a health claims background
  • Enjoy working in a medical related industry and learning about claims in this area
  • Outstanding communication skills 
  • Passionate about learning an able to adapt quickly to new information
  • Great team member
