The Role:
- Making outbound calls to existing customers, advising of other products and services
- Working to team targets, highly motivated environment
- Ensuring all information is recorded accurately
- Complying to policies and procedures
- Working in a timely manner to Service Level Agreements
About Your Experience And Skills:
- Previous experience in an in/outbound call centre, or a health claims background
- Enjoy working in a medical related industry and learning about claims in this area
- Outstanding communication skills
- Passionate about learning an able to adapt quickly to new information
- Great team member
