• Assessing financial accounts to establish income of claimants
• Setting up initial or on-going claim calculations in line with policy wordings
• Coach and mentor case managers and seniors for financial assessments

• Bachelor's degree in accounting (or similar) ideally with post-graduate studies.  
• Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated experience in financial calculations and accounting for trusts, companies, partnerships, super funds and individuals
• Insurance claims experience is highly desirable
