Available portfolios:
  • Corporate/Industry Fund - IP/TPD
  • Industry Fund - IP only
  • Industry Fund - TPD only
Key responsibilities in the role:
  • Manage an end-to-end portfolio of claims
  • Full Assessment of new claims and ongoing claims including financial and medical assessment.
  • Stakeholder management and negotiating payments.
  • Developing claims strategies including injury management and rehabilitation
All we need from you is:
  • At least 12 months of Life Insurance claims experience OR at least 18 months of complex Workers Compensation/CTP claims experience
  • Allied health or legal background are advantageous but not necessary
  • Exceptional financial and medical assessment skills
  • Sound decision making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • High attention to detail
