Positions available:
  • Claims Assessor - IP - Industry Fund
  • Claims Assessor - IP - Corporate Fund
  • Claims Assessor - TPD/IP portfolio
As a Claims Assessor you will:
  • Manage an end to end portfolio
  • Review and assess all documentation including medical information and reports from treating practitioners
  • Develop strategies to drive positive claims outcomes 
  • Assisting with denied reviews and recommendations
  • Build relationships with claimants 
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Your background will include:
  • Experience in life insurance as a claims assessor or WC/CTP background
  • Experience in handling a portfolio of IP or TPD claims
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Sound understanding of medical terminology, injuries and treatment
