Job Description
My client is a prestigious name in the Insurance space, highly respected in what they do. In this autonomous role you will be responsible for:
- managing the internal audit function for the whole business
- reviewing and finalising audit reports
- organising, planning and scoping for audits
- providing controls assurance across risk classes across the group
- operating at a strategic level and driving change at a company level
- working collaboratively with key business stakeholders and other governance teams
- driving key projects and providing assurance and oversight around key company projects as required
- Relevant degree (Accounting, Finance, Economics, etc)
- CA qualified and CIA certified
- Experience gained within financial services is a minimum requirement with insurance experience preferred
- Ability to engage stakeholders with excellent communication skills
- A mature outlook and ability to operate autonomously
